"Many designers provided their sensitivity and taste to transform some of the types of items that Aureliano (Zanotta) deeply wanted to reinvent. This was what Gae Aulenti did with April, starting from an eternal classic such as the "director's chair", usually proposed by the market in its cheap version, and achieving a clearly perfect object." - "An Aluminum joint from which an oval-section stainless steel frame develops; a sophisticated solution which, alone, is worth a blow-up".
